Unfair Means Rules and Regulations

The Unfair Means Committee is responsible for implementing rules and regulations pertaining to the detection and handling of unfair means (cheating, copying, etc.) during examinations. The committee ensures fairness in the evaluation process by addressing grievances related to the use of unfair means.

The rules are strictly enforced to maintain academic integrity and fairness during examinations. Any student found violating the rules is subject to appropriate actions as per the university's regulations.

Scope of the Work

The Incharge/Chairman and members of the **Unfair Means Committee** are responsible for:

• Handling student grievances at both the college and university level.
• Investigating complaints related to the use of unfair means during examinations.
• Recommending disciplinary actions for students involved in unfair practices.
• Ensuring the transparency and integrity of the examination process.
• Reviewing and updating rules and regulations regarding unfair means as required.
